Board Member, RSP, CTFA

Dustin serves as a Board Member of Amicus Trust Company and works as a settlement planner within the Amicus family of companies. He joined Amicus in 2006 and has progressed through several roles over the years, including Financial Analyst, Case Manager, Settlement Planner, and Senior Settlement Planner. He holds the Registered Settlement Planner (RSP) and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) professional designations.

Dustin works regularly with attorneys, financial planners, and clients to structure solutions that meet their unique needs. He played an integral role in the launch of Amicus Trust Company following the granting of its charter in July 2021. His dual expertise in settlement planning and trust administration allows him to recognize when trust services can provide the flexibility and security that other settlement options cannot offer, particularly for individuals and families navigating complex financial circumstances.

Dustin received his Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, graduating summa cum laude. He is an active member of the Society of Settlement Planners and the American Association of Settlement Consultants.

Dustin lives in Lubbock, Texas, with his wife and two daughters. His recreational interests include traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and camping.
