Patrick serves as Vice President and a Board Member of Amicus Trust Company, LLC. As a practicing attorney licensed in South Dakota and Texas, he brings a legal practitioner’s perspective to the company’s operations and administration.

Patrick believes that good trust administration starts with a well-drafted trust. Through his law firm, Amicus Law Offices, LLC, Patrick focuses on trust drafting and estate planning and authors many of the trust instruments that Amicus Trust Company, LLC administers on behalf of its clients. A decade of hands-on legal work across multiple jurisdictions gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to trust design.

Patrick earned his law degree from Brigham Young University and his bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from Southern Virginia University. He holds the Certified Financial Planner® and Registered Settlement Planner designations.

He and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters.
